SFU Health and Counselling presents: Mindfulness Meditation

Details: Connect with your body, relax your mind, and discover tools for bringing more calm and ease into your life. Each session includes mindfulness practice, information on habits of mind, and the opportunity for a brief discussion about the practice.
No previous experience is necessary.
We are currently offering Mindfulness Meditation drop-ins through Zoom. The times of the offerings can be found below. Please select the “Join Zoom session now” button between two and five minutes before the session is scheduled to begin, and ensure your microphone remains muted once you have successfully joined the meeting. Sessions begin promptly at 12:30pm.
